In the video "The heart of Paulo Freire" there is an important quotation from him that says:
"If I was the same as I was 40 yeas ago, I would be profoundly disappointed. But, at the same time, if I was nothing of what I was 40 years ago, I would be profoundly sad."
We change according to what we experience and learn within our interaction with and whithin the world. However, the changes do not tear us apart from our essence.
